Last Thursday KWA hosted the August T3 (Third Thirsty Thursday) at our office in Reynoldstown. Speaking from the choir stage, Eric Kronberg gave a talk on placemaking, a central component of KWA’s mission. View the video to hear Eric discuss how intelligently navigating zoning and parking requirements and recognizing and reinforcing the value of existing building stock can help build strong communities.

We’d like to thank Breck Prewitt of Ground Game Media for covering the event. GGM’s website can be found here.
